Under no circumstances should a Lithium Battery that has been immersed in water be connected to a buggy or charger. By doing so you may create a fire hazard or risk the battery catching fire. Please contact the MGI Service Centre to arrange a replacement.

what if it was only in water part way for a few minutes and taken out land dried?
I don't see why if it dries completely you can't try to recharge it in a safe location.
